Defective/Broken items: you must contact me with a picture within TEN DAYS of the date of delivery! We will not make exceptions to this rule - it is YOUR responsibility to double check your items! Contact MUST be made in email WITH your order number so I can verify the date!

Returns: If you decide you don't want an item, you are in charge of shipping fee's of shipping it back! Tags MUST be on the items; not worn, smoke free.

Shipping: Shipping is a flat rate of $7! If you are local to Larsen, WI I do offer porch pick-up! We do our very best to get orders out in 1-3 business days!
